OVERVIEW:  The Ras Isa Marine Terminal consists of:
  1. the 409,000 d.w.t., LOA 401.3 m., draft 22.2 m. Floating Storage and Offloading Vessel (FSO) ``Safer'', including its bow mooring, hoses, pipeline end manifold (PLEM) and pipeline from Ras Isa, and all waters surrounding the ``Safer'' within a 2 n.m. radius
  2. the (auxiliary) Single Point Mooring Buoy (SPM), floating hoses, PLEM and the pipeline from Ras Isa and all waters surrounding the SPM within a 1 n.m. radius
  3. the designated holding anchorage.
LOCATION:  The FSO ``Safer'' is permanently moored approx. 4.8 n.m. offshore Ras Isa, in position
