OVERVIEW:
Currently the world's largest FPSO, 360,000 d.w. tonnes, LOA 340 m., beam 65.0 m
moulded depth 31.5 m. and draft 23.2 m. FPSO ``Yuum Kak Naab'' has crude oil storage
capacity 2,200,000 bbls. Daily production capacity 600,000 bbls./day. The terminal
is operated by BW Offshore AS for Pemex Exploration and Production (PEP).
LOCATION:
In the Bay of Campeche, Gulf of Mexico, 12.8 n.m. SW of the FSO ``Ta'Kuntah'', 208.9°(T) × 38.4 n.m
from the Cayo Arcas Terminal and 64 n.m. offshore in depth 90 m.
YKN FPSO is located on a radius of 5.33 n.m. from Ku'H Platform. Export tanker shall
have capability to perform manoeuvring required to approach and depart the FPSO within
an area not greater than radius 800 m. (2,624 ft.) from the installation at speed
