OVERVIEW:
The second largest port in Albania, comprising a dry cargo port known as Vlore Port
a petroleum port known as Vlore-1 and a fishing harbour. Cargoes handled include dry
bulk, breakbulk, passengers, Ro-Ro, crude oil, petroleum products, LPG and fish. Vlore
Port and the fishing harbour are currently being expanded and modernised.
LOCATION:
On the eastern side of the entrance to Vlore Bay, 95 km. south of Durres and 100 km.
SSW of Tirana.
