OVERVIEW:  A river port handling containers, dry and liquid bulk, LNG and breakbulk cargo and comprising facilities in Savannah and Port Wentworth. Garden City Terminal is the largest single container terminal, and the second busiest, in the USA.
LOCATION:  On the Savannah River in Georgia, approx. 18 n.m. upriver from the Atlantic Ocean and 70 n.m. SW of Charleston.
