OVERVIEW:
River port spread over 6.4 km. has seven terminal facilities including Central Termoelectrica,
Central Vuelta de Obligado and Groupo Albanesi power stations.
Port Handles corn, diesel, dry and liquid fertiliser, gas oil, LNG, maize, sorghum,
soybeans, soybean oil and wheat.
LOCATION:
Port is just upriver, north of San Lorenzo and 25.5 n.m. (47 km.) north of Rosario
on the west bank of the Coronda River a branch of the River Parana at KM 461 – KM
467.
Timbues: 32° 36.05′ S, 060° 45.95′ W.
