OVERVIEW:  The second largest city in Gabon. Port Gentil is a general and bulk cargo port but also has limited oil facilities. It is the only port on the Gabon coast with a bunkering service. Fresh water and provisions are available. The port is managed by Gabon Port Management (GPM) on behalf of OPRAG (Office des Ports et Rades du Gabon)
LOCATION:  On the western side of Cape Lopez Bay, approx. 80 n.m. SW of Libreville.
