OVERVIEW:  Capital port of the country. At the eastern end of the city is the dry cargo port primarily handling containers and general cargo. To SW and NE are two facilities handling bulk liquids. To the NE and north are several bulk terminals.
Port earthquake, the port is now undergoing total regeneration.
