MYPGG

OVERVIEW:  Port consists of three areas, Pengerang Integrated Complex (PIC), Pengerang Marine Terminal (PMT) and Pengerang Integrated Petroleum Complex (PIPC). PIC is a petroleum complex with cargoes handled through PIPC. PMT currently under development, will handle both dry and liquid. PIPC is a multi-user industrial complex comprising power plant petrochemical plants, refineries, LNG regasification plant and crude and LNG tank storage terminals. The tank terminals, collectively known as Pengerang Deepwater Petroleum Terminals (PDPT), serve as centralised storage facilities for the PIPC, and handle the storage, blending and distribution of crude oil, petroleum, chemical and petrochemical feedstock products, and by-products. The PIC covers 2,550 ha. and PIPC covers 9,269 ha. and are within Pasir Gudang port limits, which is under the jurisdiction of Johor Port Authority (JPA)
Pengerang Marine Operations Sdn Bhd (PMOSB) is the sole entity which coordinates and facilitates marine services in and around Pengerang.
