OVERVIEW:  Small port with municipal pier for handling breakbulk cargoes and local fishing vessels. Magnakron operate a coconut oil refinery in Osmena, approx. 2.5 n.m. north of Jose Panganiban.
LOCATION:  On the north coast of Camarines Norte, a province in the Bicol region in the SE part of Luzon.
