OVERVIEW:
A major coal exporting port that includes Hay Point and Dalrymple Bay Coal Terminals.
Both terminals have rail facilities, stockpile yards and deep-water berths. The Port
Authority is North Queensland Bulk Ports (NQBP).
Hay Point Coal Terminal is owned by BHP Billiton Mitsubishi Alliance (BMA) and operated
by Hay Point Services. Dalrymple Bay Coal Terminal (DBCT) is leased to Dalrymple Bay
Infrastructure (DBI) from the State Government; Dalrymple Bay Coal Terminal Pty Ltd
operates the terminal for DBI under an Operations & Maintenance Contract (OMC).

On the east coast, approx. 20 n.m. SSE of Mackay, Queensland.
