OVERVIEW:
A river port handling most types of cargo including dry and liquid bulk, containers,
LPG, heavy-lift, passengers, reefer, Ro-Ro and breakbulk. The two main areas are Inner
Port and Outer Port. Gdansk is one of the largest ports in the Baltic and is ice-free
throughout the year. A duty-free zone is available.

Inner Port lies on the Martwa Vistula and Outer Port on the SW shore of the Gulf of
Gdansk, 20 km. SSE of Gdynia and 290 km. NW of Warsaw.
