OVERVIEW:  Multipurpose port area with Port Authority and privately operated berths situated within the Davao Metropolitan Area (Metropolitan Davao) on the NW coastline of Gulf of Davao. Principal exports include bananas and coconut oil. Details include facilities in the cities of Panabo and Tagum and in Santa Cruz municipality, all within the metropolitan area.
LOCATION:  On the SE side of Mindanao in the Gulf of Davao. Panabo and Tagum are situated to the north of Davao city, Santa Cruz municipality is situated to the south.
