OVERVIEW:  Port comprises several facilities within Da Nang Bay and the My Khe offshore terminal Da Nang handles most types of cargo including dry and liquid bulk, metals, forest products, containers, passengers, reefer, breakbulk and project cargo. In addition to the above there are facilities for fishing vessels, small local craft, a military base and a shipyard.
LOCATION:  Most port facilities lie within Da Nang Bay, 600 km. SSE of Hanoi and 600 km. NNE of Ho Chi Minh City. My Khe offshore terminal lies to the SE of Da Nang Bay, south of the Da Nang Peninsula.
