OVERVIEW:  Port consists of the Port of Benicia and Valero Benicia Refinery, both privately owned and operated. The Port of Benicia handles automobiles, dry bulk, liquid bulk, crude oil, oil products and breakbulk. Valero Benicia Refinery handles petroleum products.
LOCATION:  Between San Pablo and Grizzly Bays, approx. 20 miles NE of San Francisco, and 25 miles above Golden Gate Bridge.
