OVERVIEW:
A river port handling a range of cargo including petrochemicals, iron ore, sulphur,
alumina, metal products, containers, grain, Ro-Ro and breakbulk cargo. The multipurpose
berths, in the western part of the port, handle approx. 50% of Iran's non-petroleum
cargo.
