Jose, located in the state of Anzoategui, Venezuela, is a large petroleum and chemical area, with facilities for tankers, bulk carriers and container vessels. The Petrochemical Dock handles container and dry bulk. The Sincor Terminal handles pet coke, sulphur and bulk liquid.
