Bordeaux, in southwest France, comprises six specialised port areas located on the Gironde estuary and rivers Dordogne and Garonne: Le Verdon, Pauillac, Blaye, Ambes, Bassens and Bordeaux.
Le Verdon handles containers and timber, Pauillac handles oil and Airbus components, Blaye handles grain and chemical products, Ambes handles oil and chemical products, Bassens handles grain, bulk, containers and timber and Bordeaux handles cruise vessels.
Information amended under overview, location, documents, max. size, berths and facilities (bulk, container, passenger, other, tanker and LPG/LNG).
The plans have also been updated.
