ACE Report and minor changes added for Al Shaheen Terminal, Qatar

Al Shaheen Terminal consists of Floating Storage and Offloading (FSO) units moored to Single Point Moorings (SPMs). The FSOs are equipped for crude oil transfer to export vessels in tandem or ship-to-ship (STS) operation concurrently with crude oil import and decanted/produced water export.
Operated by Maersk Oil Qatar (MOQ).

A Report of Actual Conditions Experienced has also been added detailing additional information regarding the overview, pilotage, VHF, berths, hoses and cargo operations.
